Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy the lamps?
As a private customer, you have the option to buy our lamps at one of our retailers. Please click here to contact us. As a business customer, you are welcome to call or mail us with information about your project and we will do our best to help you achieve your wishes in regards to outdoor lighting.
My lamp is broken
If you are a private customer, you should contact the electrician from whom you bought your lamp. The electrician will help repair your lamp or procure spare parts. If you are a business customer, call us at 86 89 85 00 to find a solution to your issue.
I need a bulb for my lamp
We provide supplement warranty for our lamps and we thus have a wide assortment of bulbs in stock to be delivered shortly. If you are a private customer, you should contact the electrician from whom you bought your lamp to order new bulbs.
